Joy joined Brown & Korte in 2011 following her call to the bar.

Joy completed her B.A. (Honours) in 2005 and her Masters in 2008 both at Carleton University. She obtained her J.D. at the University of Ottawa in 2010. Joy articled at an established full service firm in Ottawa.

Her current practice focuses on acting on behalf of insurers in the defence of tort and accident benefits claims.

Joy is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
