Brown & Korte defends Statutory Accident Benefits claims on behalf of insurers, both in Court and Arbitration. We further act as counsel on private arbitrations involving inter-company disputes in priority and loss transfer matters.

At Brown & Korte, we provide coverage opinions. Our lawyers provide defences for property and general liability claims.

Professional Liability

Our firm provides opinions and defences of professional liability claims advanced against lawyers, insurance brokers and independent adjusters. Mr. William Scott, of our firm, is one of the five lawyers designated as the senior counsel for LawPro.

Legislative Counsel

Our lawyers act as counsel for insurers providing legislative submissions before numerous government bodies and administrative tribunals. Brown & Korte has provided legislative submissions to various levels of government on behalf of the country's largest institutional clients.
